The two secondary bedrooms (one with a quality queen size bed and shared ensuite bath and one with custom built full over full bunk beds) and laundry room are to your right and left. Both have custom trim and plantation shutters. Full size washer and dryer, if you need it, are provided in the laundry room with a few beach toys and chairs. Walk into the bright kitchen and find that it is fully equipped. The bar area hosts a pantry area, all the bar needs, and a separate bar fridge for wine and drinks. The shiplapped great room is white and bright which is highlighted by the views of the bright blue Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy games and puzzles found in the media cabinet or watch a movie on our 65" smart TV ready for you to stream your favorite shows. There is a dining table that seats 8 as well as 4 barstools at the counter. The master bedroom is large and hosts a smart TV and ensuite bath. Parking garage is connected to Calypso Tower iii. Parking pass is onsite covered Parking ( Fee Required). Walking distance to Pier Park and the surrounding area. Instracart, door dash, etc, all available so you can park your car on day 1 and not move it again until you leave. Parking is $50 per car and only 2 parking passes allowed.
